Honeywell Aerospace Sued Over Alleged Misleading of Shareholders on Supply Chain Issues

A proposed class-action lawsuit has been filed against Honeywell Aerospace Inc., alleging that it and its top executives misled shareholders about supply chain problems and a federal investigation into cybersecurity compliance for a defense contract.

The complaint, filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia, claims that the company concealed information about a small number of suppliers having a disproportionate impact on sales, as well as constraints faced by those suppliers.

The lawsuit also alleges that Honeywell Aerospace failed to disclose its investigation into potential False Claims Act violations tied to cybersecurity failures in a US Defense Department contract.
