Honeywell and L&T Realty Partner on Smart Building Management System
Honeywell Technologies has partnered with L&T Realty to implement its Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) across luxury housing and commercial projects in Mumbai and Chennai. This collaboration aims to enhance operational efficiency, energy performance, safety, and occupant comfort through real-time visibility into daily operations. The solution also includes the first housing deployment of Honeywell Technologies Forge in India, providing near real-time performance monitoring.
