Honeywell MRO Business Soars on Asia-Pacific Airlines' Extended Service Lifes

Airlines in the Asia-Pacific region are extending the service lives of their existing aircraft as they await deliveries of new-generation airliners, driving up demand for maintenance services from Honeywell.

The company's MRO business is experiencing growth due to this trend, particularly in areas such as engine controls, avionics, and auxiliary power units (APUs).

Honeywell has signed a three-year agreement with Garuda Indonesia to provide MRO services for its APUs, which will be serviced at Honeywell's Singapore facility.
