Honeywell Wins Six-Country Sales Ban Against Competitor Solvest

Judges at the Mannheim Local Division have ordered Solvest and its affiliates to stop selling the Bendy Boom telescopic belt conveyor in certain European countries where Honeywell's patent is in force.

The decision was made after Honeywell enforced its patent, leading to a six-country sales ban. The Bendy Boom product competes with Honeywell's own offerings, which have a valid patent in several UPC member states.

This development follows an earlier incident where police were called to enforce a patent injunction on a competitor's stand, turning a legal dispute into a public showdown.
