Huang: AI Revolutionizes Customer Relationships with Koa
NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang joined Salesforce's Dreamforce event to announce Koa, the company's first CRM reasoning model built on NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super. Huang took a unique approach to his presentation, walking through the audience and speaking directly with attendees.
'With electricity, we could power everything,' Huang said, tracing the arc of industrial revolutions. 'With the internet, you can find anything. And now, with artificial intelligence as an infrastructure layer across the planet, we can know everything and do anything.'
Huang emphasized the importance of AI safety, stating that 'safety is paramount in a lot of ways' and that companies should prioritize it alongside innovation and leadership. He noted that NVIDIA's Nemotron 3 Super is open, allowing Salesforce to fine-tune and run the model within its own infrastructure.
Koa was built using supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning with NVIDIA NeMo RL, NeMo Gym, and NeMo AutoModel. The training corpus covers synthetic enterprise scenarios across 14+ industries. In Salesforce's CRM Bench, a model benchmark that includes real-world tasks, Koa already matches or exceeds leading model performance on CRM actions with 3x fewer errors.
Koa is currently running inside Salesforce and will be available to customers in October as part of Agentforce. General availability is expected Winter 2026 in U.S. regions.
