Hurly-Burly Jazz Club Brings Vintage Vibes to Disney's BoardWalk
Disney's BoardWalk has been revitalized with the opening of Hurly-Burly, a new jazz club taking over the former JellyRolls location. The venue was recently previewed by WDWNT, who got to see three different bands perform during their visit.
The transformation of JellyRolls into Hurly-Burly has turned it into a historic seaside theater, inspired by an era of world-class performances and nautical novelty. Once inside, guests can enjoy vintage drinks and light bites while taking in the entertainment offerings.
As part of the preview, WDWNT got to see Sia and the Tin Pan, Velvet Soul, and Velvet Neon perform. Sia and the Tin Pan consists of a main singer and three musicians playing tenor saxophone, drums, and upright bass, while Velvet Soul is a Motown group with a main singer and three back-up singers.
Hurly-Burly will open to guests on October 1, and will feature a rotating selection of bands from different genres. The venue becomes exclusive to guest 21 and older at 9 p.m., when the lounge comes to life with performances by the various bands.
