Hurly-Burly Set to Revive Disney World's BoardWalk Entertainment District
Disney World is reviving its BoardWalk entertainment district after years of decline. Hurly-Burly, a new venue, will replace JellyRolls, which closed in spring 2025 after nearly three decades.
Hurly-Burly will be a waterfront lounge with two distinct experiences: family-friendly activities during the day and live music at night for guests aged 21 and up. This shift from JellyRoll's nighttime-only model addresses its major weakness, lack of food options.
The new venue promises to bring back live entertainment to the west end of the BoardWalk, which lost several dining options in recent years. Hurly-Burly is set to open in late 2026 and will feature a rotating lineup of live music, along with coastal-inspired cocktails and light bites.
