Hutchinson Community College Dominates Cisco College in Home Opener

The Hutchinson Community College Blue Dragons football team made a strong statement in their 2026 home opener, dominating Cisco College 59-7 at Gowans Stadium. Running back J.B. Price, a transfer from Kansas State University, led the charge with three touchdowns in the first quarter, giving his offense a 35-point lead heading into halftime.

Hutchinson's head coach Drew Dallas expressed satisfaction with the team's performance despite having only 16 practices under their belt before the game. The Blue Dragons were picked to win the Jayhawk Conference preseason poll, receiving six of seven first-place votes after returning several starters from last year's team.
