Iambic Therapeutics Files for US IPO Amid Biotech Boom
Nvidia-backed Iambic Therapeutics has filed for a US initial public offering (IPO), joining a busy slate of biotech listings in the fall window.
The company, which was founded as Entos in 2019 and rebranded as Iambic in 2020, is advancing a pipeline of drug candidates developed using its AI platform to treat solid tumors.
Iambic's most advanced candidate, IAM1363, is being developed in an early-stage trial to treat solid tumors such as breast cancer. The company has raised roughly $461.8 million from technology- and healthcare-focused investors since its inception.
The IPO filing comes on the heels of a multi-year collaboration between Iambic and drugmaker [redacted], which aims to accelerate AI-driven discovery of small molecule therapies. J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, BofA Securities, and Citigroup are underwriting the offering, which plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol 'IAM'.
