IBM Acquires Logiq Consulting to Boost Cybersecurity Capabilities in the UK
IBM has acquired Logiq Consulting to enhance its cybersecurity and sovereign technology capabilities in the UK. The acquisition will help IBM clients maintain control over critical data and technology environments, meet evolving security and regulatory requirements, and adopt AI securely.
The deal adds specialist capabilities in cybersecurity assurance, Secure by Design, secure systems engineering, digital transformation, and managed services to IBM's portfolio. Logiq Consulting has expertise in developing and applying Secure by Design approaches across the UK public and defence sectors.
