IBM Acquires Logiq Consulting to Enhance Cybersecurity Offerings in the UK

IBM has bolstered its cybersecurity offering in the UK by acquiring Logiq Consulting. The deal will help clients protect mission-critical systems and navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape, according to Mark Hughes, global managing partner for IBM Consulting Cybersecurity Services.

The acquisition brings specialist capabilities spanning cybersecurity assurance, Secure by Design, secure systems engineering, digital transformation, and secure managed services. Logiq Consulting has expertise in developing and applying Secure by Design approaches across the UK public and defence sectors.
