IBM and Quintes Global Unveil Accelerator to Transform India's GCCs

India's Global Capability Centres (GCCs) are entering a new era of transformation, shifting from transactional execution hubs to globally integrated capability engines. The IBM-Quintes collaboration aims to accelerate this shift with an AI-integrated framework called the IBM-Quintes Accelerator.

The Accelerator is designed to help global organizations establish, scale, transform, and future-proof their capability centres with enterprise-grade AI readiness and operational ownership embedded into their foundations. This framework focuses on three strategic dimensions: Enterprise AI Integration, Structured GCC Operating Models, and Talent Architecture and Leadership Readiness.

India's GCC ecosystem currently contributes approximately $98.4 billion in annual revenue, operates through 2,117 centres across 3,728 units, and employs nearly 2.36 million professionals. The partnership combines IBM's global enterprise transformation capability with Quintes Global's practitioner-led expertise to help enterprises architect truly AI-native operating models.

Rishi Aurora, Managing Partner of IBM Consulting India and South Asia, emphasized that the collaboration will enable organizations to move from intent to impact with greater certainty, as India enters a defining phase in its GCC story. The Accelerator is designed for private equity-backed enterprises and mid-market organizations looking to establish strategic capability centres.
