IBM Appoints Frank Baker to Board of Directors

IBM has added Frank Baker to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. The 53-year-old is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Siris Capital Group, LLC.

Siris has deployed over $9 billion in equity capital since inception across technology, telecommunications, and data-focused companies.

IBM Chairman Arvind Krishna said Frank Baker's 'deep expertise, proven leadership, and strategy-driven mindset will strengthen our business and further deliver significant value to our shareholders.'
