IBM Elects Technology-Focused Private Equity Executive Frank Baker to Board

Baker is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Siris Capital Group, which has deployed over $9 billion in equity capital since its founding across various sectors including technology, telecommunications, and data-focused companies.
In his role at Siris, Baker oversees the firm's portfolio and leads its investment strategy. He focuses on established technology companies operating mission-critical products and services while navigating technological change.
