IBM has made significant strides in linking its digital asset haven to Swift for tokenized deposits. This integration enables banks to transact tokenized deposits through existing systems, making it easier and more efficient.

The partnership with Taurus allows banks to link their platforms to Swift's shared ledger, paving the way for widespread adoption of tokenized transactions.

This move comes on the heels of a successful pilot program where HSBC and Standard Chartered executed live interbank transactions within Swift's new 24/7 blockchain ledger. The pilot demonstrated the feasibility of real-time interbank transactions using stablecoins.
