Ikhamva Athletics Club Expands Operations with New Offices

Michael Mbambani, founder of Ikhamva Athletics Club, has been nurturing emerging athletic talent in Nelson Mandela Bay since 2010. He started the club with a vision to develop runners and provide opportunities for young athletes to succeed.

Mbambani's efforts have paid off, producing internationally recognized athletes such as Melikhaya Frans. The club also has a strong focus on education, providing assistance with tuition, uniforms, and stationery to its 73 runners, including 15 elite competition athletes and top category champions.

Ikhamva Athletics Club is now housed in new offices at Baywest Mall, which are also home to Sonke 10 Tradings. The company specializes in event planning, management, and sponsorship consultancy, with clients such as CHC-SA, Nike, 32Gi, Powerade, and other major sponsors.
