Industrial Giants Make Strategic Moves Amid Industry Shifts
Honeywell Technologies has completed its acquisition of Johnson Matthey's Catalyst Technologies business for $1.759 billion, expanding its process technology portfolio in refining, petrochemicals, and renewable fuels.
