JPMorgan Chase Launches Notes Linked to MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co., the guarantor of a new financial instrument, has announced details of its product. The notes are linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage Index (MQUSTVA) and will pay out at least 6.55% per annum, with an interest rate of at least 0.54583% per month.
The index's performance is subject to a notional financing cost that accrues daily, while the notes' principal amount is $1,000. If the closing level of the Index on any Review Date (other than the final Review Date) is greater than or equal to the Call Value, the notes will be automatically called for a cash payment.
The Maturity Date is September 30, 2031, and if the notes have not been automatically called and the Final Value is less than the Initial Value by more than the Buffer Amount (15.00%), investors will lose some or most of their principal amount at maturity.
