Intuit Analysts See Upside Despite Negative Insider Sentiment
Analysts are upbeat about Intuit's (INTU) prospects, with RBC Capital's Rishi Jaluria maintaining a Buy rating and setting a price target of $385.00.
Jaluria, who has an average return of -3.6% and a 50.69% success rate, covers the Technology sector and has been following Intuit, Salesforce, and Microsoft.
However, not all analysts agree. Bank of America Securities maintained a Hold rating on Intuit after its latest earnings release, which showed quarterly revenue of $4.35 billion and a net profit of $363 million, compared to last year's $3.83 billion in revenue and $381 million in net profit.
Corporate insider sentiment is negative, with 74 insiders selling their shares over the past quarter. This contrasts with earlier this year when insiders were buying into the stock.
