CNBC's 'Halftime Report Final Trades' segment featured several stock picks from prominent investors. Rob Sechan, CEO of NewEdge Wealth, chose Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ:AVGO), which reported better-than-expected third-quarter fiscal 2026 results on Sept. 2.
Broadcom posted revenue of $29.59 billion, beating analyst estimates of $29.36 billion, and adjusted earnings of $3.32 per share for the quarter, exceeding expectations of $3.24 per share.
Jason Snipe, founder and chief investment officer of Odyssey Capital Advisors, selected Arista Networks, Inc. (NYSE:ANET), which received a Buy rating from Deutsche Bank analyst Gianmarco Conti with a price target of $220.
Jim Lebenthal, partner and chief market strategist at Cerity Partners, recommended Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO), also initiated with a Buy rating by Deutsche Bank's Conti and a price target of $135.
