A pair of office buildings in Issaquah, Washington, near Costco's headquarters and once occupied by Microsoft, may be repurposed into a large apartment complex.

The two buildings, totaling around 410,848 square feet, had been used as office space until Microsoft's lease expired in 2023. The property is currently owned by an affiliate of Kennedy Wilson, which also has a majority stake in the developer behind the proposal to convert the buildings into housing: Vintage Housing.

The third building on the site was already fully leased by Costco since 2014 and was acquired by Vulcan Real Estate for $61.8 million in 2024.
