J&J Shareholders See Change in Annex Advisory Services LLC Stake
Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) saw a significant change in its ownership structure as Annex Advisory Services LLC reduced its stake in the company by 16% during the second quarter. According to its latest Form 13F filing with the SEC, Annex Advisory Services sold 5,431 shares of J&J's stock, bringing its total holdings down to 28,619 shares.
The value of these shares was approximately $7.27 million at the end of the most recent quarter. This move is just one example of a larger trend in which institutional investors have been making changes to their positions in JNJ. In fact, hedge funds and other institutional investors own nearly 70% of the company's stock.
Despite these shifts, Johnson & Johnson remains a stalwart performer on Wall Street. The company recently reported fiscal second-quarter results that exceeded expectations, with revenue rising 6.6% year over year to $25.31 billion and adjusted earnings per share reaching $2.90. J&J also raised or reaffirmed its full-year outlook, reinforcing confidence in operating momentum.
