At the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026, Jack Henry's management outlined their growth plan, focusing on core competitive wins, product bundling, and a larger cloud platform. The company reported a record 58 core competitive wins in fiscal 2026, with non-GAAP revenue growing by 7%.
The trifecta win rate for core, digital, and card sales increased to 59%, up from 39% the previous year. Jack Henry's Banno digital banking platform has reached feature parity with larger competitors on business capabilities, with 219 signings in fiscal 2026, a 24% increase from the prior year.
The company is also investing in AI, cybersecurity, and public cloud tools, while returning cash through buybacks and staying selective on acquisitions. Management expects fiscal 2027 to be a transition year, with revenue growth similar to 2026 and margin expansion of 20 to 40 basis points.
