Jaconski Brothers Win Retail Beacon Award for Exceptional Customer Service

The Jaconski brothers, Mark and Joe, received the prestigious Retail Beacon Award for their commitment to customer service at Stanley's True Value Hardware in Roxborough. The award, presented by Hardware Connection magazine on July 29 in Orlando, is a recognition of the brothers' dedication to providing a positive experience for their customers.

The store, which has been family-owned and operated since its founding in 1948, has continued to thrive despite challenges from big-box stores and online shopping. Mark Jaconski attributes their success to their focus on customer service, saying 'It's like going into a mini-Home Depot, except you guys actually help us.'

The brothers have also made a commitment to giving back to the community that has supported them for decades. They have supported local organizations such as North Light Community Center and the Share Food Program.

As the fourth generation of the Jaconski family becomes involved in the business, Mark expressed his pride in passing on the legacy to his son, Alex, and Joe's sons, Joe Jr. and Jesse.
