Jay's Juniors Brings Joy to Metro-Detroit Children with Life-Altering Conditions
Jay's Juniors is a non-profit program that has been providing memorable family vacations to children with life-altering or life-threatening conditions since its founding in 2014.
The program, founded by Detroit media personality Jay Towers, selects a large group of metro-Detroit children between the ages of 3-17 each year and takes them on an all-expense-paid trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Nominations are currently being accepted through October 18 for the 2026 trip, which will take place from December 1-5. The 5-day, 4-night experience includes airfare, hotel rooms at Disney resorts, park admission tickets and activations, ground transportation, food, spending money, and most importantly, happiness and memories for each and every member of the family.
'One of the greatest gifts we can give these children, and their families, is time together without the weight of everyday worries,' said Towers. 'Watching them make new memories, share laughter, and enjoy experiences they may never have imagined, is the reason why I started Jay's Juniors.'
