Jay's Juniors Seeks Nominations for Disney World Trip
Jay's Juniors is a nonprofit organization that provides a magical experience for chronically ill children and their families. For the fifth consecutive year, they are accepting nominations to send local Metro Detroit families on an all-expenses-paid trip to Disney World.
The selected families will visit Walt Disney World from December 1-5, 2026, with airfare, airport parking, hotel rooms at the Disney resorts, park admission tickets and activations, ground transportation, food, and spending money covered by Jay's Juniors.
'One of the greatest gifts we can give these children, and their families, is time together without the weight of everyday worries,' said Jay Towers, founder of Jay's Juniors. 'Watching them make new memories, share laughter, and enjoy experiences they may never have imagined, is the reason why I started Jay's Juniors.'
To be eligible for this trip, the nominated child must be between 3-17 years old at the time of the trip and reside in the WNIC listening area. They must also be diagnosed with a chronic or terminal illness, an impairment from a birth defect, or physical challenge, and show financial need.
