JP Morgan Leads $5 Billion Debt Package for Volta AI Data Centers
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is leading a $5 billion debt package to fund Volta Infra Holdings Ltd.'s expansion of AI data centers.
The artificial intelligence cloud company secured $300 million in venture funding earlier this month, valuing it at $2.4 billion, to help a wider mix of technology firms access costly AI chips.
JPMorgan has begun discussing the debt package with lenders, gauging early interest in investing in the transaction.
