The threshold was crossed on August 24, with notification made today.
The bank's holdings are controlled through a chain of subsidiaries including JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, J.P. Morgan International Finance Limited, and J.P. Morgan Capital Holdings Limited, which owns J.P. Morgan Securities PLC.
The largest individual swap positions include 633,222 voting rights expiring October 4, 2027, representing 0.550% of voting rights, and 461,212 voting rights expiring April 30, 2029, representing 0.401% of voting rights.
