JPMorgan Boosts Ubisoft Stake as Goldman Trims Holdings
Ubisoft Entertainment's stock price increased by 0.19% to EUR 5.32 on Euronext Paris on September 21, 2026, following a reshuffle among major institutional shareholders.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. reported that it fell below the 10% capital threshold and now indirectly holds 13,178,307 Ubisoft Entertainment shares, representing 9.67% of the capital and 8.90% of the voting rights as of September 16, 2026.
Goldman Sachs Group, on the other hand, crossed below the 10% capital threshold after an off-market sale of Ubisoft shares, trimming its exposure to the French video game publisher.
The institutional reshuffle had a modest impact on the share price, suggesting that the market views it as a nuanced but not destabilizing shift in the shareholder base.
