JPMorgan Chase & Co. Issues Uncapped Digital Barrier Notes Linked to MSCI Indices
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has announced plans to issue Uncapped Dual Directional Digital Barrier Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the MSCI EAFE Index and the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, due September 30, 2031.
The notes are designed for investors seeking uncapped, unleveraged exposure to any appreciation of the lesser performing index at maturity, subject to a contingent minimum return of at least 60.00%. They also offer a capped, unleveraged return equal to the absolute value of any depreciation of the lesser performing index at maturity (up to 25.00%) if the Final Value of each Index is greater than or equal to 75.00% of its Initial Value.
The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. Payments on the notes are not linked to a basket composed of the Indices; instead, they are linked to the performance of each Index individually.
