JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has filed a preliminary pricing supplement for a new financial product called the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF Capped Accelerated Barrier Notes. The notes are tied to the performance of the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF and have a minimum denomination of $1,000.

The notes will have a maximum return of at least 142% and an upside leverage factor of 1.5. If the final value of the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF is greater than its initial value, the payment at maturity per note will be calculated based on this formula: $1,000 + ($1,000 x Fund Return x Upside Leverage Factor), subject to a maximum return.

However, if the final value is less than 70% of the initial value, investors will lose more than 30% of their principal amount at maturity. JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC estimates that the value of the notes will be at least $900 per note when the terms are set.
