JPMorgan Chase Files for 15m SPX Capped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has filed a preliminary pricing supplement for its offering of 15m SPX Capped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes. The notes, set to mature on February 3, 2028, will be linked to the S&P 500 Index.
The maximum return on the notes is between 11.75% and 15.75%, which will be determined on the Pricing Date of October 30, 2026. The buffer amount is set at 10%, meaning that if the underlying declines by up to this amount, investors will receive their principal amount back at maturity.
