JPMorgan Chase Files Preliminary Pricing for New Structured Notes Product
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has filed a preliminary pricing supplement for the North America Structured Investments 2.5yrNC6m NDX/RTY/SPX Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., and their minimum denomination is $1,000. They have underlyings in the Nasdaq-100 Index, Russell 2000 Index, and S&P 500 Index.
The notes will mature on March 21, 2029, with pricing set for September 16, 2026. If the closing value of each underlying is greater than or equal to its initial value on any review date (excluding the first five dates), the notes will be automatically called and investors will receive a cash payment.
If not automatically called, investors will receive a payment at maturity based on the least performing underlying's return. If this return is less than 30%, investors could lose all of their principal amount.
