JPMorgan Chase Files Preliminary Pricing Supplement for North America Structured Investments
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has filed a preliminary pricing supplement for its North America Structured Investments offering, specifically the 2yr NDX/SPX Capped Dual Directional Buffered Return Enhanced Notes. The notes will be issued on October 30, 2026, and mature on November 2, 2028.
The offering comes with a minimum denomination of $1,000 and features two underlyings: the Nasdaq-100 Index and the S&P 500 Index. The maximum upside return is at least 30.50%, while the buffer amount is set at 10.00%.
If the final value of each underlying is greater than its initial value, the payment at maturity will be calculated based on the lesser performing underlying's return and the upside leverage factor. However, if either underlying's final value is less than its initial value by more than the buffer amount, investors will lose some or most of their principal amount.
