JPMorgan Chase Introduces Review Notes Linked to MerQube US Large-Cap Vol Advantage Index

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has introduced a new financial product called Review Notes Linked to the MerQube US Large-Cap Vol Advantage Index, which will be issued by JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and fully guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes are designed for investors who seek early exit prior to maturity at a premium if, on any Review Date, the closing level of the MerQube US Large-Cap Vol Advantage Index is at or above the applicable Call Value.

The earliest date on which an automatic call may be initiated is October 22, 2027. Investors should be willing to forgo interest and dividend payments and be willing to lose up to 70.00% of their principal amount at maturity.
