JPMorgan Chase Issues Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes Based on Nasdaq-100, Russell 2000, and S&P 500
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued a new product called North America Structured Investments 2.5yrNC6m NDX/RTY/SPX Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes, with a minimum denomination of $1,000.
The notes are based on three major stock market indices: the Nasdaq-100 Index, Russell 2000 Index, and S&P 500 Index. The issuer, JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, is guaranteed by its parent company, JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the closing value of each underlying index exceeds its initial value on any review date (excluding the first five dates), the notes will be automatically called and investors will receive a cash payment for each $1,000 principal amount note. The payment includes the principal plus the contingent interest payment applicable to that review date.
If the notes are not automatically called, investors will receive a cash payment at maturity if the final value of each underlying index is greater than or equal to its trigger value. However, if any underlying index's final value is less than its trigger value, investors may lose more than 30% of their principal amount.
