JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued Capped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes have a principal amount of $1,000 and offer a maximum return of 49.35%, corresponding to a payment at maturity of $1,493.50 per note. They also come with an upside leverage factor of 2.00, meaning investors can expect to double their returns if the ETF appreciates.

Investors should be aware that they will forfeit interest and dividend payments on these notes. Furthermore, there is a risk of losing up to 90% of their principal amount at maturity if the ETF declines in value by more than 10%. The notes are unsecured obligations of JPMorgan Financial.

The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF has a closing price of $64.09 as of July 31, 2026, which is the pricing date for these notes. The observation date and maturity dates are set for July 31, 2028, and August 3, 2028, respectively.
