JPMorgan Chase Issues Contingent-Interest Notes Linked to Three Stocks
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has launched $1,000 contingent-interest notes tied to the lowest-performing stock among Citigroup, Colgate-Palmolive, and Comcast.
The notes offer investors a minimum return of at least $8.8333 per $1,000 note if payment conditions are satisfied, corresponding to a contingent annual yield of at least 10.60%, paid monthly at a rate of 0.88333%.
JPMorgan Chase & Co., the parent company of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, provides a full and unconditional guarantee for these notes.
The estimated value at issuance is no less than $910.00 per note, although the original issue price exceeds this due to structuring and hedging expenses, anticipated affiliate profits, and potential third-party data fees.
