JPMorgan Chase Issues Notes Linked to iShares ETFs with 6.5% Potential Return
JPMorgan Chase & Co. will issue a new series of notes linked to three exchange-traded funds (ETFs): iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, iShares MSCI ACWI ETF, and iShares Russell 3000 ETF.
The notes, which are expected to be issued on August 26, 2026, will offer investors a potential return of 6.50% per annum if the closing price of one share of each fund is greater than or equal to its Interest Barrier.
If the notes have not been automatically called and the Final Value of each fund is greater than or equal to its Trigger Value, investors will receive a cash payment at maturity, for each $1,000 principal amount note, equal to (a) $1,000 plus (b) the Contingent Interest Payment applicable to the final Review Date plus (c) if the Contingent Interest Payment applicable to the final Review Date is payable, any previously unpaid Contingent Interest Payments for any prior Interest Review Dates.
