JPMorgan Chase Launches Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes Linked to Nasdaq-100 Tech Sector Index and Russell 2000

JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has introduced a new financial product called Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes, which are linked to the Lesser Performing of the Nasdaq-100^® Technology Sector IndexSM and the Russell 2000^® Index.

The notes have a principal amount of $1,000 and minimum denominations. They are designed for investors who seek early exit prior to maturity at a premium if the closing level of each index is at or above its Call Value on any Review Date (other than the final Review Date).

The earliest date on which an automatic call may be initiated is October 4, 2027.
