JPMorgan Chase & Co. has launched a new financial product called Capped Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the Russell 2000 Index and the S&P 500 Index due March 30, 2028. JPMorgan Financial Company LLC is issuing these notes, which are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The Capped Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes will be priced on September 25, 2026, and are expected to settle on or about September 30, 2026. The minimum denomination for each note is $1,000, and the offering price is set at $1,053,000. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC will act as agent for JPMorgan Financial in this transaction.
The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Financial Company LLC, but any payment on them is subject to the credit risk of JPMorgan Financial and JPMorgan Chase & Co. The estimated value of each note was $961.00 per $1,000 principal amount when the terms were set.
