JPMorgan Chase Launches Disney-Linked Contingent Interest Notes
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has introduced a new structured investment product: $821,000 of Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes linked to The Walt Disney Company’s common stock. These notes, due October 20, 2027, are fully guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and designed for investors seeking contingent interest payments based on Disney’s stock performance.
The notes offer contingent interest payments if Disney’s stock price meets or exceeds the Interest Barrier of $91.971 on any review date. Investors must be willing to forgo fixed interest and dividends, accepting the risk of losing principal if a Buffer Event occurs. The notes can be automatically called starting January 15, 2027, if Disney’s stock price meets or exceeds the Initial Stock Price of $102.19.
At maturity, if the notes haven’t been called and no Buffer Event has occurred, investors receive their principal plus any contingent interest payments. However, if a Buffer Event happens, investors may lose part or all of their principal, calculated based on the Downside Leverage Factor of 1.11111. The notes are unsecured obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
