JPMorgan Chase Launches New Contingent Interest Notes Linked to Russell 2000, Nasdaq-100, and S&P 500
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has launched a new product called Contingent Interest Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Russell 2000 Index, the Nasdaq-100 Index, and the S&P 500 Index. These notes are designed for investors who seek a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to each Review Date for which the closing level of each index is greater than or equal to 80% of its Initial Value.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and will be priced on September 15, 2026. They are expected to settle on or about September 18, 2026. The Contingent Interest Rate for these notes is 8.50% per annum, payable at a rate of 0.70833% per month.
The payment structure for the notes is as follows: if the Final Value of each index is greater than or equal to its Buffer Threshold, investors will receive a cash payment at maturity equal to $1,000 plus the Contingent Interest Payment applicable to the final Review Date. However, if the Final Value of any index is less than its Buffer Threshold, investors will lose some or most of their principal amount at maturity.
