JPMorgan Chase has partnered with Halogen and ITE to provide mentoring and practical skills to students through its Career Connect programme.
The programme, which targets 17-19 year olds, aims to help youths build confidence and skills needed for a smooth transition from education to employment.
Pearlyn Puar, an ITE student pursuing a higher Nitec in business administration, participated in the programme and found it helpful in easing her worries about AI replacing her career aspirations.
She learned that instead of being afraid of AI, she can use it as an assistant for her future business.
