JPMorgan Commits $750 Billion to Housing Through 2035
JPMorgan has announced plans to deploy over $750 billion into housing through 2035 as part of its American Dream Initiative.
The initiative aims to increase small-business lending, expand access to healthcare, and boost housing supply by increasing mortgage lending by more than 40%.
This move is aimed at supporting homeownership in the U.S. and driving economic growth, according to Michelle Herrick, head of commercial real estate at JPMorgan.
