The price target for ARE is $56.00, which suggests a potential upside of 8.11% from its current price. This rating change comes after the company reported earnings that missed analysts' estimates. The real estate investment trust (REIT) posted an EPS of ($0.43), compared to the expected $0.09.
Other financial institutions have also shared their views on ARE. Evercore has reaffirmed its 'outperform' rating, while Wall Street Zen has downgraded it from a 'hold' rating to a 'sell' rating.
