JPMorgan Exec Sues Former Colleague Over Sexual Assault Allegations

JPMorgan executive director Lorna Hajdini has filed a defamation countersuit against former colleague Chirayu Rana. She claims his sexual assault allegations are false and damaged her reputation, causing severe anxiety and panic.

Rana alleged that Hajdani coerced him into sex and demanded submission as a condition of career advancement in his latest lawsuit. He also accused JPMorgan of tolerating racism and sexual coercion, which he says destroyed his career.

JPMorgan denied Rana's central allegations in a separate filing. Both sides' claims remain before the court.
