JPMorgan Executive Renews Countersuit Against Former Banker Over Sex Slave Allegations
JPMorgan executive Lorna Hajdini has renewed her countersuit against former banker Chirayu Rana, accusing him of fabricating allegations that she used her position to coerce him into sexual activity and demand submissiveness as a condition for his career advancement at the bank.
Hajdini's new pleading in Manhattan federal court asserts that Rana engaged in a 'deliberate and sustained scheme' to portray her as a racist sexual predator and criminal, causing severe anxiety, panic, and fear, which led to her withdrawing from personal relationships.
Rana has maintained his accusations against Hajdini, including claims of unwanted sexual contact, threats to damage his professional future, and other forms of coercion, which he alleges occurred during their workplace relationship.
