JPMorgan Expands Natural Resources Team with Trio of Bankers
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has made three key hires to bolster its natural resources investment banking team, according to a memo reviewed by Bloomberg News.
The new recruits are David Casson, who will lead mining investment banking in North America and is based in Toronto; Christopher Dahan, a managing director on the natural resource M&A team based in Houston; and Greg Kantrowitz, a managing director covering power, renewables, and clean-tech, based in New York.
Casson joins from Morgan Stanley's metals and mining group for North America, while Dahan comes from Perella Weinberg’s TPH & Co., where he was a managing director in the infrastructure group advising on energy and infrastructure M&A. Kantrowitz previously led clean energy transition at Citigroup Inc.
The additions expand JPMorgan's capabilities across mining, energy infrastructure M&A, and clean energy sectors.
