JPMorgan Chase & Co. has filed a preliminary pricing supplement for a new product called North America Structured Investments 4yr INDU/RTY/SPX Buffered Return Enhanced Notes.

The notes are structured investments with a minimum denomination of $1,000 and will be issued by JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, a finance subsidiary of the company.

The underlyings for these notes are the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Russell 2000 Index, and S&P 500 Index. The notes have an upside leverage factor of at least 1.49, which means that if the final value of any underlying is greater than its initial value, the payment at maturity will be calculated based on this factor.

The buffer amount for these notes is 10%, meaning that if the final value of any underlying is less than its initial value by more than 10%, the payment at maturity will be calculated based on the least performing underlying return plus the buffer amount. However, if any underlying declines from its initial level by more than 10%, investors could lose up to $900 for each $1,000 note.
